Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized assessment and treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, with a focus on crisis intervention and long-term recovery strategies.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to assess client progress and response to treatment.

• Collaborate with program teams to formulate effective positive behavior support plans, integrating client feedback and current behavioral data.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation procedures to uphold organizational standards.

• Serve as a liaison with external service systems, state agencies, and community organizations to enhance client access to vital resources.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, families, and community partners to promote continuity of care and organizational mission.

• Develop partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote programs and expand funding opportunities that benefit our clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, conferences, and representing the organization at community meetings.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
