Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments during initial client sessions to identify psychological needs and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific goals and challenges presented by clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic strategies to stabilize their condition.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment data, in alignment with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care through regular case consultations and review of treatment approaches.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, available therapies, and community resources while advocating for their rights and entitlements in the healthcare process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Roseville Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, and adjustment disorders. You will provide culturally competent care, ensuring that all clients receive tailored interventions that respect and reflect their backgrounds and lived experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, holding one of the following credentials: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, which reflects your level of experience and qualifications.
