Business Development Center Representative

Quirk is currently expanding and is in need of a new Business Development Center Representative. The BDC representative is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between our customers and our service department. We offer a professional environment, ongoing training and many opportunities for learning, growth and career advancement.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming service calls promptly and courteously while assisting customers with scheduling service appointmentsRespond to customer emails professionally and in a timely mannerMonitor incoming leads continuously and ensure all inquiries receive prompt follow-upCollect and organize customer information for outreach regarding manufacturer recalls and service campaignsContact customers regarding open recalls, maintenance recommendations, and service opportunitiesMaintain accurate customer records and appointment informationStay current on company updates, manufacturer programs, industry knowledge, and service standardsWork closely with the service department to provide an exceptional customer experienceComplete assigned tasks efficiently and within expected timeframesJob Requirements:Proficiency with MS office programsOutstanding communication skills both verbal and writtenProfessional appearance and work ethicGreat attitude with a high-energy personalitySuperior customer service skillsOutstanding phone skills and follow-upBilingual preferred, but not a requirementBenefits:Full Time - Health, Dental, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and Critical Illness Insurance.
