Work Environment

Our immediate team consists of a small group of skilled physical therapists committed to delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services. Located in Cherry Hill, our center offers a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where therapists have the time and resources to focus on providing personal and effective treatments. This full-time role requires you to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a satisfying work-life balance while actively engaging with your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties upholding Rethink Counseling Center's values and ethical principles, maintaining overall integrity in patient care.
• Evaluate patients through comprehensive assessments, establish therapeutic goals, and develop individualized treatment programs based on the unique needs of each patient.
• Provide evidence-based, goal-directed therapy to enhance patient progress and clinical outcomes, utilizing modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners and community resources to create a cohesive treatment plan for patients.
• Maintain meticulous patient records that document treatment plans, response to interventions, and updates on progress toward goals.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay abreast of best practices within the field of physical therapy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of clinical processes and outcomes within the practice.
• Assist with administrative and operational duties as requested to support overall center efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, encompassing pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role requires the ability to assess and cater treatment plans tailored to patients across different age groups, taking into consideration their specific rehabilitation needs and goals. Your expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation will be crucial for optimizing patient outcomes in a setting that values both patient care and therapist input.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven clinical experience in delivering physical therapy services.
• Familiarity with orthopedic physical rehabilitation methodologies and best practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey treatment strategies and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings will be an advantage.
• Additional certifications or specialties in areas such as sports rehabilitation, geriatric care, or pediatrics are beneficial.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting patient interactions efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
