Founding Operations Lead

This is our first operations hire and a founding-team role. You'll be the connective tissue of the company and a direct extension of the founders - turning operational chaos into systematic processes. You'll spot the repetitive manual work slowing the team down and replace it with AI-driven workflows, so the company moves faster and more consistently as it scales. What You'll Do Support the founders - manage priorities, handle email and external comms, prep meetings, and drive follow-through Own logistics for conferences, customer events, travel, office management, vendors, and scheduling Identify repetitive manual tasks across the team and replace them with AI-driven workflows and tooling Design and implement operating cadences, systems, and documentation company-wide Streamline customer onboarding and deployment for faster, more consistent delivery What We're Looking For 1-2 years in investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous, fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with an obsessive commitment to quality Exceptionally organized, with a systems-thinking approach Strong written and verbal communication, high ownership, low ego Based in New York and willing to work in person, full-time Compensation Salary range

$90K - $110K
