Adult Residential Administrator - Apple Valley

ADULT RESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATOR – Apple Valley Location: Apple Valley Annual Salary: $70,304 Hours: 8‑hour shift, Monday – Friday, on‑call Overview: Redwood Family Care Network is hiring a compassionate and experienced administrator to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Maintain open communication with conservators, family, service coordinators, and other client representatives regarding client health, well‑being, and quality of life. Ensure regulatory compliance as mandated by licensing and Regional Centers. Develop and maintain appropriate staffing for the facility, hiring, training, and scheduling staff to provide adequate supervision and support. Oversee daily business operations including client notes documentation, medication audits, funds disbursement and audits, physical plant inspections, maintenance of client and staff files, time‑card review, and performance evaluations. Attend trainings mandated by Regional Centers and communicate quality care assurance to staff. Maintain safety compliance to prevent staff and client injury. Coordinate resident care such as scheduling medical appointments, following up on doctor recommendations, and ensuring overall medical conditions. Act as the first responder in emergencies and report special incidents according to applicable laws and regulations. Provide 24‑hour on‑call response as required. Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional training required as per program design. Registered Behavioral Technician certification. Adult Residential Facility Certification (ARF Cert). DSP I and DSP II certificates. CPR/FA and CPI certification. Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients with developmental disabilities at Level 4I or higher home. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing employees caring for DD individuals.
