Adult Residential Administrator – Apple Valley Position: Adult Residential Facility Administrator Location: Apple Valley, CA Annual Salary: $70,304 Hours: 8‑hour shift, Monday‑Friday on call. Benefits Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Company Perks and Discounts On‑Demand Pay Responsibilities Job Summary: The Administrator ensures regulatory compliance, maintains client health and safety, communicates with conservators and outside agencies, manages staffing and labor hours, and trains and mentors direct support professional staff. Maintain open communication with conservators, family, service coordinators, and client representatives regarding health and quality of life and application of Title 17 and 22. Maintain appropriate staffing per program design, hire and train staff, generate schedules, delegate duties to best serve client needs. Oversee daily operations: client notes, medication audits, fund disbursements and audits, plant inspections, file maintenance, time‑card review, performance evaluations. Attend regional center mandated trainings. Communicate with staff about quality care assurance. Ensure safety compliance to prevent injuries. Coordinate resident medical appointments, follow up on provider recommendations, and monitor overall medical condition. Act as first responder to emergencies and report incidents per regulations. Provide 24‑hour on‑call response when required. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Education / Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred; other special training as required. Registered Behavioral Technician Adult Residential Facility Certification (ARF Cert) DSP I and DSP II certificates CPR/FA and CPI certification Minimum 2 years experience with clients having developmental disabilities (Level 4I or higher).
