Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy and counseling strategies tailored to the needs of clients, ensuring thorough assessments and evaluations are conducted.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through telehealth platforms, catering to individuals, families, and couples.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to effectively address client concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to strict ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain informed of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services cater to a broad client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential, preferably in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical best practices in the field of counseling.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies is highly desirable.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, with adjustments based on experience and client caseload.
