About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Accounting to take on a pivotal role in a high-growth, private equity-backed environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all accounting, reporting, and controls, and will lead a multi-layered team, including controllers. A key aspect of the role is overseeing construction and project accounting, with a focus on work in progress and percentage of completion. The SVP will also be a strategic partner with executives, driving systems, process, and scalability improvements to support the company's growth and expansion. Applicants for this role at The Company must be CPAs with a strong background in construction accounting and a proven track record in Controller leadership. The position requires a hands-on, high-impact individual who can demonstrate a strong U.S. GAAP process improvement track record. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build a best-in-class accounting function, with direct exposure to the CFO, and will be part of a dynamic, rapidly growing organization with a strong culture.
