Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique needs.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.

• Document clinical sessions meticulously, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Lead engaging therapy sessions that utilize creative interventions aimed at helping clients achieve therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Participate actively in clinical meetings and training sessions to further your professional development and contribute to a thriving team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on serving children, adolescents, and diverse family units, particularly those from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and bilingual backgrounds. As a therapist at Vision in Mind Counseling Center, you will engage with a varied client demographic, promoting inclusivity while addressing the unique challenges faced by each individual and family.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid LMFT clinical license in the state of New York.
\n
• Experience with clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

• Proficiency in utilizing Office 365 and electronic health record systems, with experience in Valant being an added advantage.
\n
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries while working effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Additional benefits include:
