Work Environment\n

This remote work setting allows you to connect with clients through telehealth platforms, offering flexibility in your schedule while adhering to traditional business hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This role is integrated within our community health clinic, where you will engage with an interdisciplinary team committed to providing holistic mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on severity, frequency, and duration.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals, ensuring the interventions resonate with each client's personal experiences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patients in managing their conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, particularly in CBT and DBT, is essential to this role.

• Proficiency in psychopharmacology and the ability to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.
