Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools to ensure accurate diagnosis.

• Develop customized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, preferences, and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate.

• Foster therapeutic alliances by encouraging open communication and providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Monitor clients' progress towards treatment goals through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Ensure all clinical documentation is maintained accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to both legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance collaborative care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and supervision, keeping abreast of current best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will involve providing therapy to adults from diverse backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• Demonstrable experience in providing therapy specifically to adult clients, including familiarity with diverse therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients, essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

• A commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning within the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
