Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, conducting assessments and individual therapy sessions.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions with a maximum of eight participants, fostering an environment conducive to healing and support.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and engaging in case discussions to enhance treatment strategies.

• Documenting client progress and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Participating in ongoing training and receiving supervision (for junior-licensed clinicians) to ensure continued professional development.

• Having flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of clients, while also ensuring availability for evening and weekend sessions when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of adolescents and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping clients to build resilience and develop coping strategies as they work toward recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to provide clinical services.
\n
• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours a week based on contract or W2 arrangements.
\n
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to creating a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Although not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience working with adolescent and young adult populations.

• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our clinicians enjoy:
