Competitive wage: $20 to $23

Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a professional manner. This is a full-time in-office , permanent position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide information about products and services using tools provided
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, efficiency, and creative thinking
• Receive and allocate product
• Coordinate will call pickups and ship outs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight
• Quote freight
• Place transfer orders
• Review backlog report to ensure orders are picked up on schedule.
• Any and all tasks issued by leadership
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Strong client services orientation with a focus on customer support

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work 100% onsite, full-time.
