Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health status and substance use behavior, refining treatment strategies based on progress.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to suit diverse client needs.

• Actively engage in the multi-disciplinary team process, collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and addiction specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress, providing ongoing support and interventions aligned with their treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized follow-up treatment plans based on clients' evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on assisting individuals struggling with substance abuse alongside mental health challenges, like anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Clients often present complex personal histories, requiring an empathetic and skilled approach to therapy that addresses both immediate symptoms and longer-term mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with no suspensions or probationary status.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, ideally in a leadership or mentorship capacity.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
