Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Assess clients' needs thoroughly to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and narrative therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with fellow team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to deliver integrated approaches to care, ensuring all aspects of client health are addressed.

• Maintain consistent and accurate documentation of client encounters and therapeutic interventions using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance and quality in care delivery.

• Participate in supervision and peer consultation sessions to continuously enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
