JobDescription
WeareseekinganexperiencedHeadofSalestooverseeandleadourSalesDevelopmentRepresentatives(SDRs)acrossallWeBoxhubs.Thisroleisresponsiblefordrivingoutboundperformance,standardizingsalesdevelopmentprocesses,andensuringfast,consistentexecutionacrosslocations.
Theidealcandidateisahands-onalesleaderwhobelievesingettingthejobdonerightaway,operateswitharesults-drivenmindset,andleadswithtransparency.Youhavestrongpeople-managementskillsandexperiencescalingSDRteamsinamulti-hubormulti-regionenvironment,whileeffectivelyleveragingdecision-making,control,influence,andteamworktodrivemeasurableoutcomes.

- Lead,manage,andcoachSDRteamsacrossmultipleWeBoxhubs
- OwnoutboundpipelinegenerationandensureSDRtargetsaremetorexceeded
- Setclearperformanceexpectations,KPIs,andactivitymetricsforSDRs
- Developandstandardizeoutboundprocesses,scripts,andbestpracticesacrosshubs
- PartnercloselywithSales,CustomerSuccess,Operationstoalignonleadstrategyandmessaging
- Conductregularperformancereviews,coachingsessions,andtraining
- Hire,onboard,andrampnewSDRsastheteamscales
- MonitorpipelinequalityandensuresmoothhandofffromSDRstoCustomerSuccess
- Usedataandreportingtoidentifyperformancegapsanddrivecontinuousimprovement
- Traveloccasionallybetweenhubstosupportteamalignmentandexecution
