CNC Saw Operator - Second Shift

Sims-Lohman is hiring CNC Saw Operator with manufacturing experience at our granite fabrication facility in Columbus, Ohio. We currently have 2nd shift available. Shift hours are 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include:

• Operate Water Jet Saw fabrication machinery to cut granite and quartz counter tops.
• Operate overhead crane and occasionally use forklift to empty hopper
• Verify quality of finished countertops by inspecting them, comparing them to templates or measuring their dimensions

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC, industrial saws, and other equipment
• 1+ years' experience using overhead cranes and forklifts; this is not a forklift position.
• Ability to read shop drawings and use a tape measure
• Ability to work with heavyweight
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen; No Background Check Required.
• Ability to work standard shift, and overtime as needed
