$20–$23 per hour | Rome, NY

Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday-Thursday and Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm. With a 1-hour lunch Monday-Thursday and ½ lunch on Friday

Staffworks is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Rome, NY. In this role, you’ll be the hub of daily operations, keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring the team delivers excellence to every customer.

What You’ll Do

Manage multi-line phones, greet visitors, and handle daily mail

Enter invoices, vouchers, and support Accounts Payable/Receivable

Organize electronic and physical documents

Prepare production schedules and print daily labels

Maintain office files, scan, assemble catalogs/manuals

Required qualifications

2+ years of administrative experience

Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)

Excellent writing and communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Positive, professional, “get-it-done” attitude
