Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing. Ability to work in a fast‑paced call center environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. High school diploma or equivalent required. Job Duties Process and record customer payments accurately and efficiently. Respond to billing inquiries and resolve customer account questions. Generate and issue customer invoices and credits as needed. Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and documentation. Enter financial data using strong 10‑key data entry skills. Support reconciliation of customer accounts and payment discrepancies. Assist with maintaining organized and up‑to‑date billing records. Communicate with customers regarding billing status and payment issues. Work within a call center environment, handling financial support requests.
