CRM Manager, TD Garden

The opportunity Delaware North Boston Holdings is seeking a full‑time CRM Manager to support our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, home to world‑class sports and entertainment. As CRM Manager, you will lead improvements to our CRM, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to turn data into insights that support revenue growth. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $75,000 - $101,200 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
