This position operates in a remote setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining close contact with our multidisciplinary team. Our Detox Center is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive atmosphere for clients in crisis. Utilizing both technology and interpersonal communication, you will interact with clients virtually while ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and support. Your role will involve navigating clinical documentation through an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, enabling efficient tracking of client progress and care plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to fully understand each client's personal and mental health history, formulating individualized treatment plans based on unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Engage in crisis interventions, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to address immediate client needs effectively.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals in a coordinated approach to ensure holistic care, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize client outcomes.

• Assist clients with resource navigation, connecting them with community services, housing options, and financial support, ensuring they have access to the help they need.

• Keep detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards, reflecting on clients’ progress and evolving needs.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients in the detox process who may be dealing with a range of mental health issues exacerbated by substance use. Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
