The Opportunity: Master the Full Cycle

As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be the engine of the Accounting department. You won't just "input data"—you will manage the full lifecycle of financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Ownership: Process vendor invoices with precision, ensuring proper line-item classifications and authorizations.
• Financial Execution: Generate checks and prepare Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) to keep the business moving.
• Strategic Oversight: Monitor AP aging reports to ensure timely payments and proactively resolve overdue invoices with department managers.
• Record Integrity: Reconcile processed payments and maintain meticulous digital and physical files.
• Vendor Diplomacy: Act as a key point of contact for vendors, resolving discrepancies with professionalism and speed.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, hands-on experience in Full-Cycle Accounts Payable.
• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in accounting software and a "mastery" mindset toward accuracy.
• Detail Obsessed: You take pride in finding the small errors that others miss.
• Master of GAAP: A solid foundation in accounting principles and standard procedures.
