Account Manager, BMT (Field Sales) (Baltimore / DC)

Haemonetics seeks an Account Manager for field sales in the Baltimore/West Virginia region to manage client relationships, drive equipment and consumable sales, and identify new business opportunities within an assigned territory. The role requires medical device sales expertise and includes approximately 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and execute plans to achieve equipment and consumable sales goals
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through analytical targeting and stakeholder engagement
• Conduct product presentations, evaluations, and quotes; facilitate hospital consensus meetings for purchases
• Resolve customer concerns through investigations and implement corrective actions
• Function as project manager for post-sale implementation, coordinating device installation and software integration

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
• 6+ years medical device and/or hospital sales experience
• Prior sales experience with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, vascular surgeons, or interventional radiologists
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of medical device market, products, and customer base
• Emotional intelligence and business acumen for account prioritization

Compensation: $85,000-$94,000 base; total OTE averaging $188,000
