PatientFi® is a technology-based, point-of-sale financing company in Irvine, CA that partners with healthcare providers to offer patients a friendly payment solution for out-of-pocket medical and dental procedures. The company serves various healthcare specialties, including plastic surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, dentistry, fertility, and medical spas. PatientFi's mission is to expand patient access to elective healthcare treatments by removing the cost barrier and providing patients with a convenient payment option. The Role We're looking for an in house Recruiter to own all full-cycle recruiting across the entire company with a proven track record of strong placements ideally within SaaS & grow organizations. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers in every corner of PatientFi from Finance and Operations to Legal and beyond with a particular focus on our Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams where we hire most actively. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You'll work directly with the VP of People and cross-functional leaders to help build out the teams that fuel our growth and you'll have a meaningful seat at the table to help shape and redefine how we recruit and hire as a company. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and move pipelines efficiently Source proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, community networks, and creative outreach — not just inbound applicants Manage all candidate activity in Rippling ATS, keeping pipelines clean and up to date Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our brand & values Track and report on key recruiting metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates — to demonstrate impact and drive smarter hiring decisions Support offer preparation and closing conversations in partnership with the People team Contribute to employer brand initiatives and help PatientFi show up authentically in the market What We're Looking For 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS, healthtech or fintech company Experience recruiting across a broad range of functions company-wide, with depth in GTM (sales, marketing, partnerships), Product, Engineering/Tech, and Customer Success Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build pipelines beyond job postings Excellent candidate and hiring manager communication — clear, warm, and timely Rippling ATS experience strongly preferred Must be highly organized — able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing momentum or detail A bias for action and a collaborative, no-ego approach to the work Nice to Have Experience recruiting for fintech, healthtech, or consumer financial products Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and offer construction Experience contributing to employer brand, DEI sourcing strategies, or people ops projects Why PatientFi Make a real impact — your hires will directly shape the company's trajectory You'll have the opportunity to help shape and redefine our recruiting and hiring engine Competitive compensation, benefits, and the chance to grow as the company scales A mission you can feel good about — helping patients access the care they want PatientFi is an equal opportunity employer.
