Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to identify mental health concerns and develop treatment plans that are tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate remote therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other behavioral health disorders.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide support and guidance to clients by using therapeutic techniques and tools, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records, documenting all client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on emerging trends in mental health treatment to enhance service delivery.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to coordinate care, share resources, and provide holistic support to clients.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse population of clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance abuse challenges. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, including adolescents and adults, allowing for dynamic interaction and tailored therapeutic approaches to suit each client's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of five years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, with documented supervised clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
