Senior Director of Operations

To support a growing transformation initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Operations will manage the Executive Leadership Team's operating cadence, oversee the Value Creation Plan, and lead the development of an AI-driven strategy-to-execution platform in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Own the ELT operating cadence, including agenda design and facilitation for meetings and reviews Track open threads, decisions, and commitments across the ELT to ensure accountability and follow-through Drive the reporting and coordination of the Value Creation Plan initiative portfolio, managing milestones and escalations Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or transformation program management Demonstrated experience driving programs within PE-backed companies, including managing initiative portfolios Management consulting background (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent) strongly preferred Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior executive stakeholders Experience designing and running executive operating cadences and meeting facilitation at the leadership level
