Pay: $18/Hour on W2 Shift Timing: First Shift

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?: As our Packaging and Labeling Associate on our Indianapolis team, you will timely and accurately assemble and/or label pharmaceutical clinical trial treatments and supplies following all associated manufacturing regulatory standards and procedures.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Daily manual and automated filling and packaging pharmaceutical treatments.
• Accurately count and prepare product to ensure accurate inventory before and after the completion of each job order.
• Timely complete training on operating requirements and procedures.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:

• Required: No previous work experience required
• Preferred: Experience working in the pharmaceutical or food and beverage industry.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Read and interpret procedure manuals, training materials, and product records.
• Independently follow procedures and instructions.
• Great teammate who completes tasks safely, accurately, and timely and helps others as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Ability to stand for long intervals of time and lift or move up to 25 lbs.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and gowns in work centers.
• Near Vision Acuity with minimum 20/40 corrected vision and color vision.
