Job TitleLocation: 10920 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90095Duration: 10 weeksStart Date: ASAPResponsibilitiesProvide world-class customer service in an internal HR, WFA, or benefits environment.Serve as a subject matter expert in one functional area.Maintain composure and productivity despite pressing deadlines, frequent interruptions, distractions, and competing priorities.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Keep abreast of constantly changing company systems, regulations, policies, and procedures.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of demonstrated customer service experience in a related environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Working knowledge in PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications.Exceptional writing skills to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.Interpersonal skills to interact effectively and diplomatically with faculty, staff, administrators, and co-workers.Excellent time management skills to prioritize job responsibilities accurately.Impeccable attention to detail and thoroughness in work product.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift occasionally up to 25 lbs.Preferred SkillsExperience in a University or Hospital setting.Knowledge of UC personnel and payroll policies and procedures.
