Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Allegiance Behavioral Health, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions focusing on the needs of individuals, couples, and families, using a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Assess clients’ mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges, continually adjusting them based on progress.

• Engage in active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive care that integrates different therapeutic viewpoints and expertise.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of therapeutic sessions, client progress, and treatment effectiveness, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources to clients, empowering them with tools to better cope with their challenges and succeed in their treatment journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing mental health issues, couples navigating relational challenges, and families seeking to improve their dynamics. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring a tailored therapeutic approach that respects their unique situations and enhances their strengths. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in a similar setting.

• Strong capability in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating treatment efficacy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients and professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
