Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to understand patient needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues, fostering peer support and resilience among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, responding swiftly and effectively to patient emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care and develop best practices within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique obstacles in their mental health journeys. Your expertise will help guide them through significant life challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance-related issues.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is mandatory.
\n
• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques, especially evidence-based modalities.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy tailored to various populations and backgrounds.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster supportive therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and adherence to ethical standards.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient workflows efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
