This is a full-time remote position, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you remain engaged in providing support through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough and culturally appropriate mental health assessments to evaluate clients' individual experiences and mental health needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on patients' cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health issues, fostering resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Providing crisis interventions and immediate support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating responsiveness and expertise.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering a deeper understanding of their health journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
