Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, creating tailored treatment plans based on their individual challenges and goals.

• Deliver therapy through individual, group, and family sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), always remaining sensitive to client-specific circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring safety and stabilization for clients facing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain precise and confidential records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments per ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources available to them, while advocating for their rights within the healthcare system.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your level of experience and expertise. We also offer a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
