Resumen del puesto Prep Cook / Auxiliar de Cocina:
Buscamos un(a) Prep Cook / Auxiliar de Cocina responsable y con buena disposición para trabajar en equipo, para apoyar la preparación diaria de alimentos. Sus funciones incluyen lavar, cortar, picar, porcionar y preparar ingredientes siguiendo recetas y listas de producción; organizar y abastecer las estaciones de trabajo; almacenar y rotar productos; y apoyar en la elaboración de desayunos, hamburguesas, sándwiches, ensaladas, salsas, acompañamientos y otros productos del menú. También deberá mantener las áreas de preparación limpias, organizadas y listas para brindar un servicio rápido y de calidad.
La persona ideal debe ser organizada, práctica y capaz de trabajar con rapidez y precisión en un ambiente dinámico, siguiendo las recetas, los procedimientos de seguridad alimentaria y los estándares de calidad establecidos. El horario regular es de 6:00 AM a 3:00 PM , con disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días feriados según las necesidades de la operación.

Requirements:Funciones y responsabilidades principales Prep Cook / Auxiliar de Cocina:
- Preparar y porcionar ingredientes siguiendo recetas y listas de producción.
- Apoyar en la preparación de desayunos, hamburguesas, sándwiches y otros productos del menú.
- Organizar y abastecer las estaciones de trabajo.
- Etiquetar, almacenar y rotar alimentos siguiendo el método FIFO.
- Apoyar al equipo de cocina durante la preparación y el servicio.
- Mantener limpias y desinfectadas las áreas, equipos y utensilios.
- Recibir, organizar y almacenar las entregas.
- Cumplir las normas de seguridad alimentaria, higiene y prevención de accidentes.
Requisitos del puesto Prep Cook / Auxiliar de Cocina:
- Experiencia previa como Prep Cook, Auxiliar de Cocina, Kitchen Helper o posición similar, preferida.
- Conocimiento básico de preparación de alimentos y uso de utensilios de cocina.
- Capacidad para seguir recetas, instrucciones y listas de producción.
- Conocimiento básico de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
- Capacidad para trabajar con rapidez durante períodos de alto volumen.
- Capacidad para realizar las funciones físicas esenciales del puesto, con o sin adaptación razonable, incluyendo permanecer de pie y levantar hasta 50 libras.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de 6:00 AM a 3:00 PM , incluyendo fines de semana y días feriados según la operación.
- Food Handler Certificate vigente o disposición para obtenerlo.
