This role is primarily remote, revolutionizing how mental health services are delivered by utilizing teletherapy platforms to reach clients in their homes. While our team operates flexibly to accommodate the varying needs of our clients, you will benefit from a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential for flexibility. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that capture each patient's unique cultural and personal context, enabling the formulation of individualized treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to engage patients in their healing processes; approaches may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, helping clients develop resilience and enhance well-being.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring that patient care is comprehensive and coordinated across various treatment modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing solid decision-making skills to ensure client safety and appropriate escalation where necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and helpful community resources that can support ongoing care.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of treatment progress utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems, upholding all legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona, allowing you to practice independently.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and cultural competence in therapy settings.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy, informed by a culturally responsive framework.

• Ability to effectively manage high-stress situations, demonstrating excellent crisis intervention skills and maintaining calm during challenging circumstances.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
