Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, providing flexibility as you engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms and scheduled virtual sessions. The Detox Center operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend responsibilities for urgent client needs. This arrangement allows for a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that client care remains a top priority. As a key member of our team, you will remain accessible for urgent situations and ongoing client support.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs of clients, focusing on emotional, mental, and social factors influencing their well-being.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with clients and their families that address specific needs and goals, tailoring interventions to ensure effective progress and satisfaction.

• Provide counseling and support to individuals undergoing detox, helping them cope with the emotional challenges associated with substance withdrawal.

• Advocate for clients’ rights to access necessary community resources and services, ensuring they receive appropriate support throughout their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and addiction specialists, to coordinate multidisciplinary care, enhancing client outcomes.

• Regularly monitor clients' well-being through virtual check-ins, ensuring they feel supported even in remote settings.

• Educate clients and families on available resources, support groups, and programs that can facilitate ongoing recovery efforts and improve quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
