Team members join a stable, growing company with a long-standing reputation for quality and integrity. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Baltimore, MD. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting job openings, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role includes coordinating interview schedules, facilitating candidate evaluations, and supporting offer development and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth hiring experience. The Recruiter will maintain accurate talent pipeline and applicant tracking records, support employer branding initiatives, and help improve recruiting processes and metrics. Collaboration with HR and operations teams is essential to align hiring efforts with business needs and promote the company’s values. Qualifications 3+ years Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection is REQUIRED! Skill in building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding role requirements, and providing consultative recruiting support. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media recruiting tools, and basic HR documentation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple open roles and deadlines. Attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold non-discriminatory hiring practices. Previous experience recruiting for industrial, technical, or service-oriented roles is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical recruiting experience. Familiarity with the Mid-Atlantic labor market and willingness to collaborate closely with on-site teams in Baltimore, MD. #J-18808-Ljbffr
