Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As an SLP, you’ll play a critical role in providing direct and consultative services to students with mild to moderate needs—empowering them to reach their full academic and social potential. You will enjoy a manageable caseload of 40-50 students and join a supportive team committed to individualized care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or in-progress Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid (or in-process) Colorado Department of Education SLP credential
• Previous experience in schools is highly valued, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Enthusiasm for collaborative, student-centered work

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services in a school-based, mild/moderate setting
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation to support student goals and compliance standards
• Engage in school-wide initiatives as needed

You will complete a two-step interview process, beginning with a virtual screening with the director of integrated services, followed by a panel interview (in person preferred, but remote available as needed). Flexibility is extended to travel candidates—if relocating, simply share your timeline and status.
