DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Wilmington, MA.Summary:The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for high-volume invoice processing and supporting accurate, timely accounts payable operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively while working collaboratively within a team environment.Key Responsibilities:* Accounts Payable Specialist will process approximately 1,000 invoices per month accurately and efficiently* Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation* Enter and process invoices within the ERP system* Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies* Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation* Process and review employee expenses using Concur* Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment issues* As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will assist with accounts payable reconciliations and reporting* Support month-end accounts payable activities* Maintain organized records and follow established accounting procedures* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing and resolution of outstanding itemsRequirements* Previous accounts payable and high-volume invoice processing experience* Concur experience required* Strong organizational and time-management skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills* High attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to process approximately 1,000 invoices per month* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment* Oracle experience is strongly preferred; Experience with a comparable ERP system may be consideredSkills:* Accounts Payable* High-Volume Invoice Processing* Concur* Oracle* ERP Systems* Invoice Reconciliation* Vendor Communication* Payment Research & Resolution* Organizational Skills* Attention to Detail* Team CollaborationJob TypeContractCompensation35 - $35
