Title Dental hygienist Job Description Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal screenings. Patient Education: Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventative maintenance. Clinical Assessment: Take and interpret high-quality digital X-rays and document patient oral health history accurately. Collaboration: Work closely with our dentists to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Sterilization & Safety: Maintain a pristine clinical environment by strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols and sterilization procedures. Salary Range full-time $40 - $50 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday, Saturday, & Sunday: Closed Requirements Valid State License to practice Dental Hygiene. Current CPR/BLS Certification. Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a Dental Hygienist. Strong communication skills and a gentle, professional chairside manner. Proficiency in digital charting and dental software. Preferences Experience with advanced periodontal software or digital imaging systems. Local anesthesia and/or nitrous oxide monitoring certification (if applicable by state). A proactive approach to quality improvement and practice efficiency.
