Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Home Health for a travel assignment in Shelby, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Conducting home visits to deliver patient care for individuals 18 years and older
• Providing wound care, managing wound vacs and Pleurx drains
• Performing catheter maintenance including foley and SP insertion
• Administering IVs (peripheral and PICC/Ports) and managing feeding tubes
• Assisting in medication and disease management for conditions like Diabetes Mellitus and Heart Failure
• Completing required Homecare Homebase charting

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Current RN license and BLS certification
• Driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, with Home Health experience preferred
• Homecare Homebase charting experience required
