We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Strategist to join our dynamic team on a full‑time basis. As a CRM Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention, and to ensure that our CRM system is effectively utilized to support our business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define customer segmentation and develop targeted marketing campaigns Design and implement CRM processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of the CRM system Train and support team members on how to use the CRM system to maximize its potential Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and retention Continuously evaluate and improve the CRM strategy to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in CRM to identify new opportunities for improvement Foster a customer‑centric culture within the company by promoting the importance of CRM and its impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM strategy development and implementation Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision‑making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing tools Proven track record of successfully implementing CRM strategies and achieving measurable results Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for customer service and a customer‑centric mindset We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our company.
