As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base.Position Summary: We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to help generate new business opportunities in the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cold calling, and is confident in building relationships with contractors and decision-makers.Responsibilities:Cold call leads from provided lists to introduce our services and generate interestProspect and qualify potential clients through phone calls, email outreach, and online researchFollow up on warm leads and set appointments for in-person or virtual meetingsBuild and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and construction managersUnderstand client needs and communicate how our staffing solutions can solve their challengesTrack outreach efforts, responses, and sales activities in our CRM systemCollaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clientsRecruiting workers to place in positionsRequirements:Previous sales experience (construction or B2B preferred, but not required)Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls dailyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-drivenAbility to learn quickly and understand staffing services and the construction industryReliable, organized, and detail-orientedWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + commissionTraining and support from an experienced teamOpportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding companyA team-focused, energetic environment
