Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Automation Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and support industrial robots, EOAT, PLC/HMI-controlled equipment, sensors, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate has strong robotics and automation troubleshooting skills, basic PLC/HMI knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams. Advanced PLC programming or specific industry experience is not required.

Key Requirements
- Hands-on Industrial Robotics Must Have
- EOAT (End-of-Arm Tooling) Must Have
- Basic PLC & HMI knowledge
- Hands-on automation/equipment troubleshooting
- Experience with sensors, actuators, pneumatic and mechanical systems
- Basic robot teaching, adjustments, and recovery
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Strong willingness to learn new equipment
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial robots and automated equipment.
- Troubleshoot robot faults, alarms, EOAT, sensors, grippers, and vacuum systems.
- Support preventive/corrective maintenance and production startups.
- Use HMI and basic PLC knowledge for equipment troubleshooting.
- Assist Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams with automation issues.
