Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our Rehabilitation Center located in Woodbridge, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs that focus on facilitating patient recovery through a range of therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to guarantee that patients receive the highest standard of therapeutic intervention, optimizing their rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and occupational therapists, to create a multidimensional approach to patient care.
• Provide care not only in the clinic but also deliver home health services to patients, ensuring continuity of care with documented procedures reflective of their unique needs.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment plans, rehabilitation strategies, and preventative measures to foster self-management of their conditions.
• Meet established utilization goals while contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient demographic at Allied Care Solution encompasses a wide variety of conditions and populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. By working with these distinct groups, you will have the opportunity to apply your physical therapy expertise and skills in a diverse setting. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current, valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to patients and team members.
• Proficient in using word processing software and other standard computer applications to document patient care accurately.
• Ability to cultivate positive relationships with patients, instilling confidence and commitment to achieving functional goals.
• A collaborative mindset to foster positive connections within the community and among colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is highly preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification is essential to ensure emergency preparedness in the clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to an extensive benefits package that includes:
