Accounting Manager

- Manage and execute all accounting functions necessary to report on the financial position of select ultra-high net-worth clients.
- Liaise and develop strong working relationships with internal service team members.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the firm's highest profile clientele.
- Review and manage cashflow planning for high net-worth clients including budgeting and forecasting.
- Review and provide timely and accurate financial reports and analyses.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of asset movement within the department
- Conduct regular reconciliations and reviews of banking platform access and activities, bill.com activities and Quickbooks reconciliations for compliance
- Perform ad‐hoc financial analyses and execute projects as required.
- Implement and oversee client household payroll.
- Supervision, mentorship and development of junior staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or relevant Master's
- 7+ years of related experience
- Expert in QuickBooks accounting and Bill.com accounts payable software's
- Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Resourceful, decisive, critical thinker
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player, enthusiastic and reliable
