Location Whitakers, NC 27891
Duration: 06 Months Should it go well, there is potential for this assignment to be extended,
The pay is $35.38/hr.
The first couple weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12-6pm.
Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4pm-1am with a 1 hour break.
The People Support team is looking for someone to support 3rd shift HR activities.
Onsite Position
Responsibilities:
· Handle all employee relations activites
· Counsel and coach managers
· Be the subject matter expert for HR policies
· Own and update HR processes
· Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience with influencing and coaching
- Ability to work with various personalities
- Experience working with confidential information
- Solid foundational HR expertise
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required
