Kitchen Manager & line cooks

Hot Grillz Diner LLC

Job Description

Hot Grillz is expanding its Wednesday–Saturday kitchen operations and seeks a Kitchen Manager and Line Cooks to support a full-service restaurant menu. The manager-led team is looking for competent, dedicated staff across kitchen positions, including managers, line cooks, and dishwashers. Pay is commensurate with experience, with opportunities to cross-train across stations.

Responsibilities

Supervise the kitchen team during assigned shifts.
Prepare and cook menu items on the line.
Coordinate orders and execute recipes accurately.
Monitor food quality and maintain consistent standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Coordinate shift coverage, schedules, and labor hours.
Provide dishwashing support as needed.
Cross-train across kitchen stations.

Preferred Qualifications

Culinary training or equivalent practical kitchen experience.
Food Handler Certification.
Food preparation and line cooking experience.
Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
Ability to follow recipes and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills.
