Remote Technical Account Manager

Owning the health and growth of a defined client portfolio, the full-time Remote Technical Account Manager will manage client relationships, conduct technical business reviews, and create accurate quotes and scopes while working closely with the CTO in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and manage proactive communication and escalations Prepare and present technical business reviews, converting findings into actionable plans and remediation roadmaps Create accurate quotes and scopes of work, coordinating with internal teams to ensure execution and documentation alignment Required qualifications 3+ years in an MSP or IT services environment in a client-facing role Strong technical fluency across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, networking fundamentals, and security concepts Experience presenting to executives and business owners Proven organization and follow-through skills Ability to draft clear documentation and scopes of work
