Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical function and identify therapy needs, including gathering data from patients, physicians, and healthcare team members.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, setting specific rehabilitation goals that align with the patients' lifestyles and needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance recovery and improve functional abilities.
• Continuously re-evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and adherence to state and organizational guidelines.
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to foster engagement and compliance.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with state practices, payor requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain a consistent schedule, providing therapy for a full caseload that contributes to a supportive and busy practice environment.
• Uphold the standards and ethics of physical therapy practice, including ongoing professional development and staying informed of industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited program in physical therapy, along with a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida or a temporary permit. Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
